Order Cancellation

We typically ship orders within 12–48 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped. Simply email your order number to info@anleolife.com. Once tracking information has been generated, your order has already been fulfilled, and cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to follow our return process after receiving the product.

Tracking information is automatically sent by our system via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not 100% satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item(s) for a refund.

When Can I Return My Products?

  • You may return items within 100 days of the purchase date.
  • The return package must be postmarked within 100 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns requested or postmarked after 100 days will not be accepted.

Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt to ensure any issues can be addressed within this 100-day window.

Any returned packages must be communicated with us in advance. Refusing a package may result in shipment loss. We do not accept returns refused without prior notice and are not responsible for loss or damage caused by refusal.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?

  • Your first return is eligible for free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label. To qualify, you must use the return label provided by us.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong product), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost will depend on the express carrier selected.
  • If the return is due to our reasons — such as receiving damaged goods or an incorrect item — the consumer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.

Return Eligibility

  • Returned items must be uninstalled and in resalable condition.
  • We cannot accept products that have been:
    • Cut, marked, soiled, wrinkled
    • Used or damaged
    • Exposed to strong odors
  • Items not in salable condition will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

We have warehouses in several states. The correct return address depends on your product and location. Please contact us before sending any return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
  • Free return shipping applies only to your first return.
  • For subsequent returns or if you choose your own return method, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
