Claim Eligibility & Payout Standards

Lost in Transit

  1. Payout: 100% of the total order value (excluding shipping fees).
  2. Claim Type: Package not delivered, or no tracking updates.
  3. Eligibility & Criteria:
  • Domestic U.S.: Considered lost if not received within 30 days after shipment.
  • International: Considered lost if not received within 60 days after shipment.
  • Abnormal Status: You may file a claim immediately if the tracking status shows a delivery anomaly.

Delivered but Missing

  1. Payout: 100% of the total order value (excluding shipping fees).
  2. Claim Type: Tracking shows "Delivered," but the customer has not received the package.
  3. Claim Window: Must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  4. Required Proof (Any one of the following):
  • Official Police Report.
  • Security or doorbell camera footage.
  • A formal "Lost Package" letter from the carrier.
  • Written documentation from other qualified authorities.

Item Damaged

  1. Payout: Based on the degree of damage, up to 100% of the item value (excluding shipping fees).
  2. Claim Window: Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Eligibility & Criteria:
  • Required: Clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged product.
  • Exclusions: Does not cover pre-existing product defects or damage caused by the consumer.
  • Note: All claims are subject to Seel's final audit and approval.

Shipping Delay

  1. Payout: $5 USD cash per order (or equivalent in your local currency).
  2. Claim Window: Must be submitted after the delay condition is met and within 90 days of the purchase date.
  3. Eligibility & Criteria:
  • Domestic U.S.: Considered a delay if not received within 10 days after shipment.
  • International: Considered a delay if not received within 30 days after shipment.
  • Automatic Verification: Payouts are determined and processed automatically based on the carrier's tracking data.

Consumer Claim Process

Step 1: Order Placement & Confirmation

After completing a purchase, the consumer will receive a confirmation email from Seel. This email contains a direct "Report an Issue" link, which serves as the entry point for starting a claim if any delivery issues occur.

Step 2: Submit a Claim via Seel Resolution Center

All claims must be submitted through the Seel Resolution Center. Consumers can initiate the process by clicking the link in their email or by visiting [https://resolve.seel.com/anleolife] directly. Merchants are advised to provide clear guidance to customers, directing them to this portal for efficient issue reporting.

Step 3: 24/7 Review & Resolution

Once your claim is submitted, Seel's dedicated team will review and process it within 48 hours. You can track your status 24/7 via the Resolution Center. For any claim-specific inquiries, please contact support@seel.com.

Upload your order screenshot and carrier letter to verify your claim.
